A seat at the table.
Treatment programs can't walk into a church. Awake Collective already has.
A pastor will not take a sales call. A booth at a ministry conference is a stranger with a banner. And the man a church is worried about will never search for your program, because searching would mean admitting it.
What programs need is someone the church already trusts, who has been through treatment himself, and who can say the words a pastor will believe.
That is the seat.
What members buy is the relationship, not the resources.
Presence
A fixed calendar of churches, pastor networks, and conferences that no program could build or fund alone.
First call in your lane
When a pastor calls about someone who needs your kind of care, you are the recommendation, by fit, and disclosed.
Front door conversations
Drew talks to the person and the family, assesses fit, and hands off warm to your admissions team.
Voice
Podcast presence and church facing content that makes your program safe for church people.
Reporting
Every quarter: churches visited, pastors met, referrals routed, and what we're hearing from the church side.
One program per lane. A flat monthly retainer, the same for every member. No exclusivity across levels of care, because a man who needs thirty days is not the man who needs two weeks. The collective is capped at twelve lanes in year one, fifteen at most. After that, there is a waiting list.
We are never paid per person.
We recommend by fit. Every pastor knows who supports this work. When fit is equal, founding members come first, and that rule is public. If that rule is a problem for your program, this is not the right partnership, and we'd rather say so now.
What members buy is presence, not a quota. Church business development is slow and relational, and it compounds. Programs that expect a number in month one should not take a seat. Programs that want to be the trusted name in a thousand churches five years from now should.
One seat per lane, so no two members ever compete for the same person.
Members are named here, in our quarterly report, and in any room where a recommendation is made. They are never pitched from a stage.
Start the conversation.
Exploring a seat begins with a conversation with Drew. No deck, no pitch. Thirty minutes about whether your program and this work fit.
Drew answers these personally. If we are not the right partnership for what you are building, we will tell you clearly.
We are never paid per person. We recommend by fit, and every pastor knows who supports this work.
